Easy to program:

Minimal user maintenance:
No user replaceable spare parts. The only maintenance required is cleaning the sample chamber, typically every month if used 24 hours a day on crude sewage, and very infrequent drying out of the dessicant bag (this takes about a minute in a microwave oven). The humidity indicator shows clearly when the dessicant bag needs drying out.

Easy to clean:
The sample tract is highly visible so it is easy to see when it needs cleaning. The sample tract is fully disassembled in seconds – The specially designed glass sample chamber used with the air pump sample extraction system is particularly easy to remote and clean.

RELIABLE
Well proven technology:
The air pump sample extraction system, used in all our samplers, is now very well proven in the field. It has shown itself to be highly dependable and particularly suited to sampling heavily contaminated wastewater such as crude sewage. It is even used to sample raw sludge containing up to 8% solids.

Sample volume accuracy:
Absolute repeatability of sample volume is fundamental to the system as it does not rely on pump rate but relates directly to the length of the volume control tube.

Long term reliability:
The electrical/electronic components are protected within a humidity- controlled environment. Mechanical components operate at low stress factors.
