The FLO-PIPE FP 282 single point EM (velocity) flow Sensor is a 2 inch insertion sensor designed to be positioned at the internal pipe wall. Its patented shaped sensor head is designed to avoid any hang-ups when used in waste water applications. A site calibration is requested to calculate the exact velocity multiplier to be used for that particular application.

The model FLO-PIPE FP 282 can to be installed under pressure (PN16) using hot tapping tools. For clean water applications, use the model FLO-PIPE FP 180 or FLO-PIPE FP 181.

The model FLO-PIPE 282 is recommended DN 300 and larger waste water pipe diameters. Under DN 300 waste water applications use the 1 inch sensor FLO-PIPE FP 182.

Body material is Polyurethane. Electrode material is graphite.
The sensor is supplied in separate version with one of the 3 standard electronics ML 110, ML 210, and the fully Lithium battery operated ML 250 with 5 to 10 years battery life.
