A tracking light is a combination of a bulb lamp and a battery, fixed under the balloon to track it during night ascents. It consists of a small bulb lamp of 2.5 V 0.3 A powered by a water activated battery of 2.3 to 3.5 V, it is weighing less than 20 gr and life time is about 30 minutes.
